1、操作工:(operative employees)-我認為operation staff更符合實際和貼切
2、既然提到企業文化,我想加上願景應該更好-願景:(vision)
3、目標:(mission) -mission翻譯成使命更好,目標可以是goal,沒有mission這種使命感給人感覺更強烈;
4、職位:(posting)-顯然應該是position
5、工作說明:(job description)-譯成職位描述或許更加,HR專業術語中我們稱其為JD
6、行政秘書:(executive secretary)-應該是執行秘書,「執行秘書」比一般的「行政秘書」更高一級,基本等同主管級員工;
7、地區服務經理助理:(assistant district service manager)-這個詞組對一般企業來說基本沒有意義,應該只是某個特定公司設置的特定職位。
8、人力資源計劃:(Human Resource Planning,HRP)-譯成「人力資源規劃」更佳;
9、戰略規劃:(strategic planning)-其實strategy一詞足以;
10、要求預測:(requirement forecast)-需求預測
11、員工申請表:(employee requisition)-我認為中英文在這裡容易產生歧異:如果是部門需要招聘,需填寫招聘申請表(recruiting application form);如果是應聘者應聘填寫的表格,通常的稱謂是(job application form);這裡的「員工申請表:(employee requisition)」我不太明白是何種情況。
12、試用期應該是很多企業用到的名詞,我添加一下(probation);
13、加上「輔導」一詞(coaching),很常用的;
14、經營管理策略:(business games)-games如果是strategy會更專業;
15、角色扮演:(role playing)-不要說語法了,就應該是role play,沒有ing,role play這裡就是名詞一個;
16、工作輪換:(job rotating)-job rotation;
17、質量圈:(quality circles)-品質圈,或品管圈,這樣更貼切-在任何企業中,品質的含義都比質量更高;
18、職業動機:(career anchors)-中文極不準確,應該是「職業錨」,完全是兩碼事;
19、報酬:(compensation)-譯成薪酬更好;
20、獎金:(incentive compensation)-incentive足以;
21、加一個常用詞,年終獎(annual bonus);
22、工會:(union)-當然是labor union了,沒有labor就沒有任何意義;
